Finding a friend or a loved one in jail can be a scary and stressful experience. What's even scarier is finding yourself behind bars. Usually, if you find yourself or a loved one in this predicament, there are ways to get out of jail fast. Barrino Bail Bonds can get you a sigh of relief. We also understand that it is important for you to be home so that you can better work with your defense team and prepare for your upcoming court date. That is why we work hard to get you back home as soon as possible. We know that you don't have to be a criminal to be arrested.

Depending on the circumstances, a person’s bond can be very expensive. If you are worried about the cost, call us! We offer several payment options and will help you find the right one that will fit into your budget.  In order to serve you better, we are available 24/7. So, no matter what time of the day it is, you can rest assured that the Barrino Bail Bonds will get you out!

When you get arrested you will be placed in handcuffs and taken to the Police Station or Sheriff's Office in the city or state where the assumed crime was committed. Once you arrive, you will begin the booking process. During the booking and processing, you will be fingerprinted, get a mugshot picture taken, and answer questions about your background. Your information will then be processed into the computer system.

The booking process could take about two to three hours to complete. Once you have finished the booking process, you will then be placed in a cell. After processing, you will go to a magistrate who will then determine if you're eligible for a bond or in some cases you will await pre-trail where a judge will then set your bond.

If you or someone you know has been recently incarcerated in N.C., we can help get you to where you need to be. When you get arrested, a judge or magistrate will set your bail for a certain amount of money. This helps to ensure that you will come back to court to settle your case in the future. When a judge sets your bail, you are required to pay it before you can leave jail. Most of the time, a person’s bail will be set at too high of an amount for them to afford. This is where we come in.

When you give us a call, we will review the situation and come up with the best plan of action. Depending on the type of payment option that you choose, we may ask that you pay a small percentage of the bail and then put down some sort of collateral – like your home, your car, or jewelry – for the remaining amount. Once you have gone to court to face the charges that have been brought against you, the collateral will be returned to you.
